Spooky 2015

Westdale Fencing Club is pleased to invite you to participate in the 2015 Spooky Tournament. This "Just for Fun" youth foil event is taking place on Saturday October 24th, 2015. Schedule of Events: Mixed 12 and under Foil (registration closes at 10:15) Mixed 14 and under Foil (registration closes at 08:15) Mixed 16 and under Foil (registration closes at 12:15) Mixed 20 and under Foil (registration closes at 08:30) Due to limited space, the organisers may need to restrict the number of entrants. Cost is $30 per event if pre-registered by October 20th, and $40 thereafter subject to capacity. Pre-registration is very strongly encouraged. We will be starting a waiting list for events which are full. Please contact info@westdalefencing.com for details, or to request a spot on a waiting list. Please note that if you enter multiple events, you may need to fence a few of your bouts closely together (or withdraw from one) to allow us to keep things moving smoothly. In such cases, no refunds will be offered. Age categories are based on your age ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Electric equipment, sous-plastrons, closed shoes and long trousers are required (track-pants are acceptable). Conductive foil bibs are not required, but are encouraged. Please note that fencers must have valid OFA memberships ($20 recreation memberships are fine). USFA members are also welcome. Payment (cash or cheque) will be taken at the door. US currency will be accepted at face value.
