Epee Open, Team, and Women's! $20 flat fee covers all events. Events Scheduled: 10:00 Senior Mixed Epee 12:30 Senior Mixed Round Robin Team Epee 1:00 Senior Women's Epee Team will be fenced round robin instead of direct elimination and will be capped at 8 teams. We will allow as many preregistrations for team as occur. However, on the day of the event, we will cull down to 8 teams. The criteria for which 8 teams will fence will be as follows: Club teams will have priority entrance and are guaranteed a spot (i.e. if we had 9 teams, each from a different club, we would run the event with those 9 even though that pushes us over the cap of 8). Club teams will be identified by all members of the team being from the same club and the team name being the name of the club. Each club may only send one club team. After all club teams have been admitted we will sort the non-club teams by the strength of the team, allowing the strongest to fence. For example, if there are two remaining spots and the remaining teams consist of AAA, ABU, DDE, and UUU, the AAA, and ABU teams will be admitted. Non-club teams may have whatever name they please and their members do not need to be from the same club. If there is a tie for strength of team, priority will be given to the team which registered first. There will be a hard cap on the number of club teams at 10, because the tournament software cannot run a team round robin event larger than that. If we reach this hard cap club team priority will be determined by date of preregistration. All fencers who fence in team must also have fenced in Open. All fencers on a club team must have represented that club at a tournament at least once this season. We have a very exciting prize for the winners of the team event. Leon Paul has graciously provided 3 of their new top of the line SR71 blades as a first place prize for the team event.
