Hooked on Fencing Club Champs June

Come for Hooked on Fencing Club Championships 2013/2014 Finals! This competition is open to any current competitive or non-competitive USFA Member. Fencing gift cards will be awarded to winners. Ratings cannot be awarded! Events Scheduled: Mixed Epee Non HoF Members can participate, see below for more information. Due to allowing non-competitive members, USFA ratings cannot be awarded. The Club Championships will run throughout the 2013/14 fencing season, with competitions being held every other month and will feature several different age categories. Athletes will accumulate points based on their performances, and in June of 2014 we will crown our 2013/14 men's and women's Club Champions! The competition categories will be as follows: Y10 (2003-2006) Y12 (2001-2004) Y14 (1999-2002) Cadet (1997-2000) Junior (1994-2000) Open (2000 or earlier) Veterans (1974 or earlier) This is the 2013/2014 season final, results & winners will be announced. Friday, June 6, 2014 Open and Veterans Registration closes at 6pm Sunday, June 8, 2014 Y10 registration closes at 9:00am Y12 registration closes at 9:00am Y14 registration closes at 12:00 (Noon) Cadet/Junior registration closes at 3:00pm The Cadet/Junior and the Open/Veteran categories will be fenced as combined events; however, points will be awarded separately in individual categories. Doors will open one hour before event start times. The entry fee for each event will be $10, and will be used to pay for a Champions' banner. Extra money will be used to fund fencing gift cards that will be awarded to winners of the individual events! You do not have to be a Hooked on Fencing ( www.hookedonfencing.org ) member to participate, anyone is welcome as long as you have a current non-competitive or competitive USFA membership. Non HoF members can win fencing gift cards.
