Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764 CHECK IN ======== - The venue will open at 6:30 AM each day - A separate scanner will be dedicated for Y8 check in - Please arrive with your membership card, legible copy, or a copy of the card on your phone SCHEDULE OF EVENTS =================== Times listed below indicate the close of check-in for each specific event. Fencing starts few minutes after the close of check-in Saturday April 8, 2023 Subject to change 10:30 AM Y8 Men's Sabre 10:30 AM Y8 Women's Sabre 10:30 AM Y8 Men's Epee 03:00 PM Y8 Women's Foil 03:00 PM Y8 Men's Foil 03:00 PM Y8 Women's Epee Age Limit ======== Y8 = 2014-2017 REGISTRATION and EVENT FEES =========================== Regular fees until Monday March 20, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $50, and Event fee is $60/event Late fees (Triple) from March 21 until Thursday April 6 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $150 and Event fee is $180/event Starting April 7, 2023, No Online registration is permitted Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if there is a space in the event, and approved by the Bout Committee REFUND ======= ***Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE*** Refund requests must be received by Friday March 24, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT. Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to fortunefencing@hotmail.com Starting March 25, 2023, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request and will be paid by check that can be mailed out to your address or hand it to you at the day of the tournament if you will be there. NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events after the refund deadline EQUIPMENT CHECK ================= Equipment check is open each day at 6:30 am to the end of day. We ask you to stay in the line only if your event time is within the next 90 minutes, or if there is no one in the line.
