"The Big Blue" 3 Weapon Open & Youth 12

The Big Blue is BACK! Forge Fencing is bringing back a well known seasonal start up event for foil, epee and saber, both women's and men's and Mixed Youth 12. Prepayment is required to confirm registration, incomplete registrations may be subject to late fees. All events are capped at 56 participants. Our current referee cadre includes Chris Cheney, Zack Brown, Andrew Foster, and Bobby Gibbs. We are very excited to have such a strong cadre supporting this event! Entry Fees: $20 registration fee & $25 per event. Please register and pre-pay to confirm you registration. REGISTRATION CLOSES on FRIDAY, August 26th. Walk in registrations will be accepted at DOUBLE FEES. Forge Fencing Academy & Clubs facility features fully grounded, full size fencing strips, and state of the art impact absorbing floor system. Awards: Medals for the top 3 finishers in each event (with a tie for 3rd). The winner of each event's name will be added to the Big Blue perpetual trophy for the named event. Check out and see who won and who is still fencing today! Equipment Control: Full USA Fencing uniform and equipment standards will be upheld. Plan for armory control to check body cords, masks, gloves, and lames at the same standard you would expect at a national event.
