Silver Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA CHECK IN ======== The venue will open at 6:30 AM each day. We will utilize the Fencing Time Auto Check-in feature to speed up the process. Please arrive with your membership card or legible copy. A picture of your membership card on your phone is also acceptable. If your membership card doesn't show "DOB Verified = Yes", you will have to bring proof of date of birth (copy or phone image is acceptable) SCHEDULE OF EVENTS =================== Times listed below indicate the close of check-in for each specific event. We will hand you a check the day of the event** Regular fees until Monday April 25th, 2022, 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $40, and Event fee is $55/event Late fees (Triple) from April 26th until Monday May 12th 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $120 and Event fee is $165/event Starting May 13th, 2022, No Online registration is permitted Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if there is a space in the event, and approved by the Bout Committee REFUND ======= Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE Refund requests must be received by Friday April 29th, 2022, 11:59 PM PDT. Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to fairfaxchallenge@hotmail.com Starting April 30th, 2022, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request and will be paid by check mailed to your address. NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events EQUIPMENT CHECK ================= Equipment check is open each day at 6:30 am to the end of day. We ask you to stay in the line only if your event time is within the next 90 minutes, or if there is no one in the line.
