Saint Patrick's Div 3 Foil, Epee and Sabre

Durkan Fencing Academy Men's and Women's Division 3 Foil, Epee and Sabre Tournament Dear Fencers and Parents, We are aware that USA Fencing announced there will no sanctioned tournaments Monday March 16th through Monday April 6th 2020. We are in contact with the New Jersey Division of USA Fencing and they support us continuing to host the Saint Patrick's Div3 Tournament as a sanctioned event. Durkan Fencing Academy will host the tournament as planned with: Men's/Women's sabre at 9am and Men's/Women's foil at 11:30am with the health & hygiene protocols recommended by USA Fencing in place: (i.e. If you feel sick or have symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose do not come to the tournament, no handshaking, no signing/handing bout sheets by fencers, disinfecting reel cords/shared equipment, etc). There is no weapons check/equipment check required for local tournaments. The club will open at 8am. If you would not like to participate, for any reason, we will be offering a refund of the full askfred payment received by DFA. To receive a refund you must email info@durkanfencing.com with your mailing address and to whom you would like the check addressed. (Become a member: https://member.usafencing.org/signup) DIVISION 3 Men's and Women's Foil, Epee and Sabre: Birth Year 2006 or earlier, Letter rating: no letter rating (U), E, or D Tournament fees must be PAID for entry to be complete (your entry is incomplete until payment is made). Payment is made via AskFRED or at DFA. REGULAR REGISTRATION (ends March 11 2020) $40/event LATE REGISTRATION (ends March 14 2020) $50/event REFUND POLICY For refund of event fees, withdrawals must be received no later than March 2, 2020. AskFRED fees are nonrefundable. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks following the tournament.
