YOU MUST BE A CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT (representing USA). PERM RES MUST show proof of residency. ALL fencers MUST be COMPETITIVE members of USFA and show proof of membership. High School membership is not accepted. New England Division fencers only. We are not responsible for any computer problems for preregistering or prepayment issues on askfred. Please register early to avoid last minute registration issues. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR LATE FEES IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER BEFORE ANY DEADLINE. Please do not email organizer asking for an exemption. REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETED UNLESS ENTRY FEE PAID. Fencer birth year must be 2000-2006. Junior (U20) - A fencer born after 2006 can fence in Junior(U20) local and regional competitions, NAC Cadet tournaments and Junior Olympic Junior (U20) Fencing Championships and qualifying tournaments IF the fencer is on the National Cadet point standings at the time of the entry deadline for that tournament. Registration fees: $25.00 by 11/16/2019 $50.00 from 11/17/2019 to 11/23/2019 no online registrations accepted after 11/23/2018 $75.00 at the door - cash ($75 exact bills, please) or check made out to NEUSFA. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED AT THIS EVENT.
