Fencers must be US citizens and USA Fencing members of the West-Rock Division in order to compete in this event. Credit card payment is not accepted. Cash or checque payable at the door, only. Birth Years: Y14: 2004-2007 Div II and III: Fencers must be at least 13 years old on January 1 in the year of the competition.
