EVENTS: 10am Junior Women's Epee 10am Veteran Women's Epee 12:30 Women's Epee 3:00 Women's Epee Pool Party (free if you fence two other events!) Doors open: 9am BAY CUP TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE: $30 non-member fee per tournament (covers multiple events per day) This is a Bay Cup tournament. In addition to the event fee, a Bay Cup Tournament Registration Fee is required for all non-Bay Cup members. The Bay Cup tournament registration fee is waived for season members. Season membership is a better deal for those who plan to compete in more than 4 Bay Cup tournaments over the course of the season. Bay Cup fees pay for medals, year-end prizes, administration and management of Bay Cup operations, referee development, and tournament subsidies to the host clubs to help with their operating expenses. Late/At-the-door Registration Policy: $40 Refund Policy: Please contact us for refunds prior to the day of the event. No refunds will be given on the same day or after the event takes place. EVENT FORMAT: For all but the Pool Party: One round of pools with 100% promotion to simple direct eliminations. Pool Party format: Its a giant 5 touch pool! We can elect (beforehand) to do an elimination round at the end, depending on the number of entrants and the group preference.
