USFA Sanctioned Event (Competitive USFA membership Required). Birth year 2004 or earlier Entry fee: $35. Entries are limited to 48. PLEASE NOTE: double-flighting the pool round may be necessary. This will occur if there are more than 32 entries. Please plan accordingly in terms of time. Preregistration closes on 2/23/2018. NOTIFICATION/WAITLIST & WALK-IN POLICY: Due to our tournaments filling up and turning over VERY quickly in the past, we will only be utilizing a "notification list" for preregistrations once the event is full. All fencers on the notification list will receive an email when one of the tournament administrators becomes aware that a spot has opened up on the pre-registration list. Walk-ins will only be accepted if there is a vacancy on the day of the tournament. Any fencer who arrives on the day of the tournament as a walk-in entry and checks in with the registration table will be placed on a list on a first-come first-served basis to become a walk-in entry if a pre-registered fencer drops out or is not present at the close of registration.
