The Jessica Batts Memorial RGP #5

The Jessica Batts Memorial is the 5th out of 8 Grand Prix tournaments that run during the 2016-17 season. Points are awarded to the top 10 finishers. Jessica was on of our all time favorite young fencers that came up here at Redlands and was taken away from us all in a motor vehicle accident in 2015. We will never forget her. Events Scheduled: Senior Mixed Epee Preregistration opens on 12/19/21016 Preregistration closes on 01/21/2017. This is a USFA sanctioned event. Ratings will be awarded according to the USFA classification chart. USFA membership required, please bring a copy of the USFA membership card. WAIVER REQUIRED: Please pre-print and bring waiver to event. Parent signatures required on all forms for fencers under the age of 18. Link above. USFA membership and Oklahoma Division waiver available at the door. USFA rules apply. Full fencing uniform required including socks. Minimum two working weapons and two working body cords required. There will be a mask and glove check. A longsword will be given to 1st place and medals to the other top 8 fencers. The Redlands Grand Prix Cup trophy for the best points standing fencer after all 8 tournaments. Tournament to be held at Redlands Fencing Center 6090 W Hefner Rd STE B17, Oklahoma City, OK 73162 Tournament Format: Will be announce on the day of the tournament.
