$50 for registration at the door.

The referee seminar is the first step for those wishing to become a certified/rated referee. Upon completion of the seminar, participants may take the on-line test in one, two or three weapons. Upon passing, individuals may be observed by a CRI/Observer in competition format to receive a referee rating.

Any adult referee officiating at a US Fencing sanctioned event must also have a current background check on file with USA Fencing (a part of the Professional Membership program), as well as complete the USOC Safe-Sport video training.
All referees will also be required to sign the “Referee Contract” that will appear in your USA FENCING Dashboard.

Those wishing to test, should print out and become familiar with the Referee Study Guide. On-line test questions are pulled from that guide.
Pizza will be provided at Lunch.
There is no Pre-Payment as part of the Pre-Registration. Pre-Registration does help us in preparing the materials for distribution.
