CAMP CONTENT INCLUDES:

-Proper warm up and stretching exercises.
-Fencing strategies & techniques.
-Footwork and coordination movements.
-Practice and competitive fencing bouts in pools and competitions.
-Video review and critique.

WHAT TO BRING:

Plenty of water, athletic shorts, long socks, athletic shoes and lunch.
Equipment and uniforms (provided if needed).
