Many people get anxious or nervous under pressure, that’s totally normal. The mistake a lot of people make in that moment is not given themselves time to calm down and refocus - instead they let the panic take over.

That’s understandable; it’s difficult to pause and refocus at the best of times, but when the pressure is on it can feel impossible to do anything besides get to the end as quickly as possible.

The good news is, there’s a way to learn! The Diamond Mind clinic from SharperMind Training offers clear strategies and techniques for controlling your mental state under pressure - and more importantly, taking the time you need to relax and refocus.

It’s not just mental training though - this clinic includes real-world integration and practice with these techniques on the strip, so you can use them immediately in your next competition.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

-4 proven methods stay calm when you start to panic, including guided meditation/mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and positive self-talk
-Practice using these skills in high-pressure bouting scenarios
-Personal coaching through real-world on-strip practice
