Delaware Valley Fencers Club is hosting an intensive saber camp with national champion and nation team member, Kamali Thompson, focusing on footwork, tactical drills and bouting. Fee: $125

Kamali is an orthopedic surgery resident at Temple University Hospital. She began fencing her freshman year at Teaneck High School and became a member of the Peter Westbrook Foundation (New York, NY) in 2006. She graduated with honors from Temple University with a B.S in biology and as an All-American and 4x NCAA qualifier. She is the 2016 U.S National Champion, 2019 U.S National Team Member and 14x team national medalist. Clinic Schedule: 11-12 30 Warm up, conditioning, footwork 12 30-1 Lunch 1-130 Video Review 1–3 Drills and free fencing All ages welcome. Fencers must have minimum 1 year of fencing experience. Fencers must present a vaccination card or negative PCR covid test within 72 hours. Masks are required in the fencing gym. Fee: $125 payable via check (made to Saber & A Stethoscope) or cash upon arrival If more than one fencer in the family, $125 for the first fencer and $90 for each additional fencer. Please bring your own lunch. Preregistration opens on 9/26/2021. Preregistration closes on 11/07/2021.
