Former TWC Sabre Captain and current Carnegie Mellon sabre fencer, Chris "Beefy" Keefe will lead a free conditioning session with a class on how to develop a work out routine and why it's good to do so. Free for Academies of Fencing Students
All COVID Safety measures will be fully enforced.
Limit to 20 attendees. Open to all Academies of Fencing students.
Bring a bagged lunch/light snack for during the break time.
Schedule
3:00pm Arrival
3:15pm - Work Out One: students will be guided through a work out with instructions on how to do the work out correctly and safely and what areas they are working
4:00pm Break
4:15pm Presentation: How and Why to Work out?
5:15pm Work Out Two: students will be guided in a different work out routine with instructions on how to do the work out correctly and safely and what areas they are working
6:00pm Cool Down stretching
6:15pm Clinic Ends
Students will be given instructions to take home on how to do the exercises as well as lists of resources for work outs, exercise instructions, etc.
