Through this workshop you will:
• Understand the benefits of imagery use in sports
• Learn the key components for successful imagery
• Gain training through guided imagery
• Identify when, where and how imagery can be beneficial for fencing

Who is Dr. Davis?
Dr. Davis is a Licensed Psychologist in NY and NJ. He works in both Clinical and Sport Psychology. For over 10 years, he has worked with children, adolescents and young adults with mental health concerns and with NCAA Division I teams and athletes to enhance performance.
