Five day intensive training camp with 2008 NCAA Champion (Ohio State Fencing Team), coach Misha Mazur.
Campâs focus is fencerâs competitive performance, and preparation for '19 USA Fencing National Championships. The camp features daily agility and speed training, core stabilization exercises, athletic conditioning, mental toughness exercises, goal setting technique instruction with drills and optional individual lessons, bouting with video analysis, video review of international individual and team competitions.
DATES: Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 28
TIME: 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Tuition: $350.00 ($300 for members of CF&F)
Payments by cash or check must be made by 12:30 PM on Wednesday, June 19
