Five-day intensive epee camp for beginners to advanced students. July 8-12. $400 week or $100 per day drop in. 9 am to 3 pm camp but we offer early and late pickup service.

Five-day intensive epee camp for beginners to advanced students. Excellent coaching in a friendly, welcoming upscale club located in the heart of downtown Ridgefield. 9 am to 3 pm camp but we offer early drop off and late pick up for $15 an hour extra. We have sanctioned full electrical scoring on nine grounded Olympic strips. Do not miss this opportunity to work with a wonderful coach that will change the WAY you think, move and feel on the strip. Bio Sandra Margareta (Paparazzo) Marchant Sandra started fencing in 1996 at the Quinnipiac University Club under Olympian Ralph Spinella. Her first tournament she ever entered she took the gold medal. She has won the title State Champion numerous times as well as numerous State medals in both Foil and Epee. In May 2011 she won both gold medals in Canada at the annual Can/Am Cup in the Vet Open and Vet Age age events. In 2014 Sandra won both gold medals at the North American Cup in Minneapolis, MN in the Vet Open and Vet Age events. Also in 2014 Sandra was on WTIC radio with Joe D’Ambrosio as the CT featured athlete for the Nutmeg State Games for the year running consistently July 16-20th in promotion of the games. She has participated in the CT Fencing Mob at the State Capitol with the Governor as well as been awarded achievements by Mayor Robert Chatfield May 6, 2014 in Prospect, CT with the Mayor and Town Council. Sandra took silver in the NY Mixed Vet Epee State Championship in August 2015. Sandra was awarded an honor on a National trophy (Cynthia Carter) for her Fencing season where her name is engraved with other champions and it is stored at the Fencing Hall of Fame, it is displayed at USA Nationals each year. Sandra has earned her Moniteur de Fleuret July 2015 from the United States Fencing Coaches Association. In 2016 her CT High School Men’s Varsity Foil Team won the State Championships. In both 2018 and 2019 her Epee Team won the CT State Championship. *She has students who have gone on to fence at Sacred Heart University, Vassar, Haverford, Stevens and Drew for fencing. In January 2018 Sandra was on the cover and featured in the USFA’s monthly news magazine. It was for National Girls and Women Sports Day and was featured in all online publications that month subsequently.
