Three days Epee & Foil camp to prepare fencers for USA Fencing National Championships and July  Challenge. Limited to competitive fencers age 10 & up in order to maximize instruction time with the  top coaches.

Competitive Day Camp to prepare for the USA Fencing National Championships and July Challenge at AIC Fencing. Limited number of participants to maximize instruction time with the top coaches. Plus a specialized agility, speed, strength, & conditioning classes. What’s included? • Daily 15-minute private lesson with one of the coaches. • Hot lunch and snacks Daily Schedule: • 9:30-10:00 am: Warm-up • 10:00 – 10:30 am Agility, Strength & Conditioning Training • 10:30 – 11:00 am practice • 11:00 – 11:10 am breaks • 11:10 – 12:00 am Distance, tactics, techniques, and strategies • 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch • 1:00 – 3:00 pm Competition with strip coaching supervision • 3:00 – 4:00 pm Performing under Pressure video analyzing & Private lesson $298 for three days, $120 per day.
