Epee Winter Camp

The Durkan High Performance Winter Fencing Camp is an intensive training program for fencers of all ages and skill-levels, hosted by Durkan Fencing Academy. Registration is OPEN ONLINE: www.durkanfencing.com/camps/winter Epee Coaching Team: Alex Gofman and Russian Epee Legend Iosif Vitebskiy The Training Team will include NAC medalists as well as other elite college, junior, cadet and youth fencers. The High Performance Camp will be held from December 26-30 with training from 9:00am-4:00pm each day. Early drop-off and late pick-up are also available. Each day will include: Warm-up Stretching Physical Training including: weight lifting and yoga Footwork/Bladework skill development Specialized Instruction by weapon Structured Bouting Neuromuscular Recovery Location: Durkan Fencing Academy is located at 60 Saddle River Ave, Unit E (Behind the POWERHOUSE GYM) South Hackensack, New Jersey 07606. (Public Transportation available from NYC Penn State and NJ Transit) The registration cost is $500 for DFA members or $600 for non DFA members and includes five days of athletic training, competitive bouting, nutritious lunches, and a commemorative camp t-shirt.
