Join our 2018-2019 Pre-season Conditioning and footwork camp with the two-time Olympian Fencing and Conditioning coach Tarek Ayad.
The purpose of the camp is to improve fencing performance, footwork, fitness level and prepare for the new season.
Each practice includes: proper warm-up, main workout based on a strategic plan which includes specific fencing coordination, flexibility, mobility, agility, muscle activation, strength and speed.
Spaces are limited, please register in advance.
Hours: 8am-2pm
The cost is $600 for the week or $140 per day. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is needed to secure a spot. The remaining balance must be paid at the door by cash or check only.
Private lessons available upon request!
