USFA membership is required.
Daily schedule:
9:00 am- 10:00 am: fun warm-up games;
10:15 am-12:30 pm: footwork, drills;
12:30 pm-1:30 pm: lunch break (please provide your non-perishable lunch, or cash money to order);
1:30 pm-3:00 pm: bouting;
3:00 pm-4:00 pm: pool (Gaithersburg Water park);
06/29/2018: 11:00 am - full format competition.
