3-Day Intensive Foil Training
Help fencers prepare for the 2018 summer nationals tournament.
Training: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Arrival and self warm up: 9:00 - 9:30 AM
Fitness & conditioning: 9:30 - 10:00 AM
Drills and bouting: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 - 3:15 PM
Relaxation: 3:15-3:30 PM
Training programs include: conditioning, footwork, fencing drills, and intensive practice.
Fees:
Full camp: $300 (members) / $350 (non-members)
Early bird discount: $30 if paid in full before 16 June 2018 (full camp only)
Sibling discount: 10%
