2017 OFC Summer Camp for Kids

We are pleased offer our 2017 OFC Summer Camp for kids! Our camps offer a fun and engaging introduction to the sport of fencing, where body and mind work together! Beginner fencers will acquire basic fencing skills, including footwork, blade work, and distance control, they will fence with electrical equipment and understand fencing etiquette, rules and sportsmanship. Also, this 4-day summer camp will provide a highly specific and systematic training regimen to improve your footwork and beadwork techniques, as well as help you achieve a new level of physical and mental readiness so you can bring all your hard work together. Payments can be completed on your first day, by check, credit card or cash. Three hours free extension is offered for those that need to be picked up later in the day. There is a large lounge to hang out during off training hours, after the drop off and before the pick-up times, with books, Teas and coffee. Fridge available for perishable items. Enrollment is limited in each to ensure quality instruction. Hope to see you there. What to bring: 1. Long sport pants (mandatory during bouting, shorts can be worn for stretching, footwork and games). 2. Sport shoes (tennis shoes are good) 3. Extra T-shirt 4. Water bottle (cooler is available) 5. Enrollment :Enrollment is limited to 30 in class 5.Fee :$250 for OFC members/ $350 for non members Preregistration opens on 05/10/2017. Preregistration closes on 07/23/2017.
