Our advanced camps offer an intensive experience developing better skills and training habits for the competitive fencer. Our full day camp is for fencers ages 11 and over (or special permission from instructor) and NEW for summer of 2012, a half day camp for the younger fencers, ages 7-10.
Curriculum: All camps focus on honing fencers skills- from blade work to footwork and timing. Activities include; fencing games, different bouting situation, drills, conditioning, age appropriate weight training, along with discussion topics ranging from good nutrition for the athlete to NCAA fencing.
Full Day Camp: Fencers must have completed a beginner class or equivalent and be age 11 or older (or permission from instructor.) Please bring lunch, sweatpants and water bottle. Camp starts at 9:30 and finishes at 3:00 pm.
Half Day Camp: Fencers must have completed a beginner class or equivalent and be age 7-10. Please bring snack, sweatpants and water bottle. Camp starts at 9:30 am and finishes at 12:00 pm. Same dates as regular camp. Will do conditioning, footwork and lecture with 'big kids'.
Where: All camps are hosted at Cyranos Place, 15639 Madision Ave, Lakewood OH 44107, 216-227-DUEL (3835). We take advantage our air conditioned facility and a city park a short walk away.

Full day camp: 1 camp - $175, 2 camps - $335, 3 camps - $4385.
Early Bird Registration by May 16, 2016: 1 camp $165, 2 camps - $315, 3 Camps $450
