Daily Schedule 10am-12noon Dynamic Warm-Up, Conditioning/ Speed/ Agility drills, footwork 12noon-1pm Lunch 1pm-4pm Blade Work, Competitive Bouting Situations, tactical drills and bouting Preregistration opens on 01/10/2016. Preregistration closes on 07/24/2016.
