MASTERS SERIES: EPEE CLINICAL: PRACTICAL MAY 8-10, 2015 All experienced and advanced coaches are invited to join us at Redlands Fencing Center in Oklahoma City, OK for our Epee Masters Clinic. Our guest, Coach Gary Copeland, studied all techniques and tactics in German, French, Italian and Spanish Systems and will be offering techniques and tactics you can implement into your program. Since 1989, he coached over 900 US national competition finalists including 46 individual US National Champions, 14 US National Team Champions, 64 Junior and Cadet World Champions and Pan-American team positions. In 1999, Coach Copeland was named U.S. Olympic Committee’s Fencing Coach of the Year and served on more than 20 US National teams. Coach Copeland wants to share some of these techniques to you. This is a great opportunity to learn from a highly successful Epee coach. SCHEDULE: •Friday Night, May 8th, 6:00PM to 9:00PM: Lecture on Epee Tactics and Techniques, then a Q&A •Saturday’s Morning Session: May 9th, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a break for lunch. •Sunday, May 10th, 9:00AM to 3:00PM: Practical Implementation and Drills. We will be recording the clinic. Video will be available for anyone attending the clinic. The clinic will be held at Redlands Fencing Center. The address is 6909 W. Hefner Rd, Suite B-17, Oklahoma City, OK 73162. This is located west of Lake Hefner in the Northwest part of Oklahoma City. Preregistration on AskFred.net must include a non-refundable $100 fee.
