Welcome to the UCSB 2024 Spring Open! This is an unsanctioned tournament with events in all 3 weapons, medals for top 4 finishers & top 3 female finishers. $25 registration + $20 per event.
Times
Doors open at 9 AM.
Mixed foil: 9:30 AM (capped at 70 participants)
Mixed epee: 11:30 AM (capped at 70 participants)
Mixed sabre: 1 PM (capped at 70 participants)
Registration
Registration before the deadline is $25 for registration and $20 per event. Late registration at the door is $30. All payments will be done in cash or Venmo/Zelle on the day of the tournament. We will not be accepting online payments.
Equipment Check
Masks and gloves will be checked. An FIE 800 N glove is required for sabre. All female competitors must have a chest plate, all epeeists must be wearing an underarm protector.
Location & Parking
Parking is available at the Lot 18 Mesa parking structure (18 Ocean Rd, Santa Barbara, CA 93117). You can access Lot 18 via El Colegio Rd (going east) or Ocean Rd (going West).
