Hello All,
With regret, we have decided to cancel our tournament this Sunday 02/09/14. Notre Dame has collegiate duels the same date, and I have already had referees canceling to go there. We are having a hard time getting replacement referees with adequate qualifications. Secondly, there is a snow front expected Saturday night, and I have already gotten competitor emails wishing to cancel.
As for payments, I will be issuing a full refund, which will include the AskFred fee, with total of $21.00. If you have prepaid for any additional events, that will be refunded to you as well. If you have prepaid, just email me and I will contact you this week. The quickest way for refund is via paypal, so please indicate if you have a PayPal account, and I'll send it to you that way. Otherwise, you will need to wait for a check via mail. I will get the refunds to you as quickly as possible, and will confirm it via email.
As always, we appreciate your support with our events. Hope to see you all on the circuit very soon. Stay safe and warm.
