Sept Get Your Rating V

This is a chance to gain a bit more experience and to possibly gain a rating (Unrated Mixed Epee and Unrated Mixed Foil only)! Events Scheduled: Unrated Epee starts at 2:30pm, Unrated Foil starts at 4:30pm. Entry Fee is $10 per person if you pre-register here. $12 to enter if registering on site (Late). Unrated Mixed Epee - open to epee fencers ages 13 and up, unrated-only (for the chance to gain a rating!) Unrated Mixed Foil - open to foil fencers ages 13 and up, unrated-only (for the chance to gain a rating!) THERE ARE ONLY A CERTAIN NUMBER THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED PER EVENT: Mixed Foil will have, at most, 8 fencers. Mixed Epee will have, at most, 10 fencers. (If you don't register in time, there will be another competition NEXT month as well). This is to help make the pools flow faster and to make the overall end at a reasonable hour. We will run 4 strips simultaneously so it shouldn't take too long anyway. ALL FENCERS WHO COMPETE MUST: - have a membership in the USFA (this allows us to offer the rating for 1st place) - have a plastron/plastic chestguard - STRIVE TO HAVE 2 WORKING WEAPONS plus 2 WORKING bodycords.
