FRED Announces the WWD George Hall Youth/Junior DivisionChampionships Junior events will have men's and women's 3-weapon trophies for thebest combined finishers. This event is only open to members of theUSFA WWD. ------------------ Important Info: ------------------- Tournament: WWD George Hall Youth/Junior Division Championships Date(s): 06/14/2003 - 06/15/2003 Location: Rain City Fencing Center ------------------ Schedule: -------------------------- All times are close of registration.  Saturday 6/14/03: 9:30 am -- Doors Open 10:00 am -- Youth-14 Mixed Foil & Youth-10 Mixed Foil 1:00 pm -- Cadet Mixed Foil & Youth-8 Mixed Foil Sunday 6/15/03: 9:30 am -- Doors Open 10:00 am -- Junior Men's Foil & Junior Women's Foil Noon -- Junior Women's Epee & Junior Men's Saber 1:00 pm -- Youth-12 Mixed Foil & Junior Women's Saber 2:00 pm -- Youth-14 Mixed Saber 3:00 pm -- Junior Men's Epee Registration fee is $5 plus $10 dollars per evententered. Tournament fees can be paid in cash or check made out to USFA/WWD. All fencers must be current members of the USFA Western WashingtonDivision. Proof of USFA membership will be required of allparticipants at check-in, so please bring your membership card. Youmay join or renew your USFA membership at the door. All weapons will be scored electrically. We will inspect and mark masks, lames, and body cords. Full USFA regulation uniform is required, including plastron, knickers, and knee-length socks. No jeans or sweatpants allowed. --- Age Eligibility --- Youth-8 -- born 1994 or later Youth-10 -- born 1992 or later Youth-12 -- born 1990 or later Youth-14 -- born 1988 or later Cadet -- born 1987 or later Junior -- born 1984 or later --- Equipment Check --- Please arrive early to allow time for equipment checks. You can haveyour equipment checked prior to the tournament on Friday, June 13that Rain City Fencing Center between 4 and 7 pm. --- Call for Directors --- The WWD is looking for qualified directors to assist in directing pools and DE bouts. If you can volunteer on one or both days, youwill be paid a $40 per diem and get a free lunch!
