PROOF of membership is required. Fencers must also have a signed North Texas waiver. Download Waiver here: http://www.northtexasfencing.org/gov_docs/waiverconsent.pdf Seeding will be by USFA classification and year. Foreign fencers will be seeded according to FIE points. If the foreign fencer has no points, they will be classified as "U" and seeded according to USFA regulations. All events will be fenced electrically. Fencers must be in full fencing attire and have the required USFA equipment for tournament participation. Medals will be given to the top 4 fencers in each event. The foil TEAM tournament begins after 5:30 PM on July 18th. The team finals will be fenced beginning at 4 pm on SATURDAY, JULY 19TH. You are invited to a pot luck bon voyage party for the Shanghai team from 4-7 pm on Saturday.
