FEES:
Early registration: $55/ event; Deadline Monday, March 11.
Regular registration: $65/ event; Deadline Monday, March 18.
Late registration: $85/ event; Deadline Friday, March 25.
Walk-in registration: $100/ event; Deadline @ Close of Registration.
Payments by CASH or CHECK are collected at check-in, based on askFRED.net preregistration date.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
One round of pools with 100% promotion to Direct Elimination rounds. No fence-off for third place. Medals are awarded to the top four finishers. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CLUB'S WARM-UPS OR WHITES FOR THE MEDAL CEREMONY.
EQUIPMENT:
USA Fencing regulations apply. All masks will be tested for safety and gloves will be inspected visually. #2 size blades are required for Y8 and Y10 events.
USA FENCING MEMBERSHIP:
Current ACCESS or COMPETITIVE membership is required for all the events. Please go to www.usafencing.org to become a member or to upgrade/renew your current membership.
CLASSIFICATION EARNINGS:
To award changes in classifications (aka. ratings), USA Fencing rules require for all Youth competitions to exceed criteria in Group C1 or higher.
RULES:
USA Fencing rules apply as outlined in the USA Fencing Rulebook and as discussed further in the USA Fencing Athlete Handbook.
