4-hour/day intense workshop focusing on athletic foundation and technical utilization for youth athletes (up to Junior).

Schedule & Fees


  • Saturday evening and Sunday morning session to accommodate travel.
  • Sat. 1pm-5pm
  • Sun. 9am-12pm
  • Full Workshop: $120 (one day option $80)

  • Current USA Fencing Membership required.

  • 4 additional practice strips
  • weightlifting area


Session Focus


  • Physical Fundamentals (mobility, agility, strength, speed and power)
  • Technical Utilization (combining power & endurance with technique)
  • Competitive scenarios.
  • Private lessons may be booked in addition.
