Please note that preregistration without prepayment means you will be charged the full $25 registration fee. There are NO "late registration fees" for this tournament, only a discount for prepaid registration!

Refunds will be given in full (minus a $3 processing charge) up to 1 week prior to the tournament. Refunds of 50% up to 2 days prior to the tournament. Withdrawals neccistated by medical or other emergency will be processed in full.
No registration fees for A rated fencers, proof required.
"Extra-Special" Tournament T-shirts are available, please pre-order on the registration page.
$18 for Small to XL/$20 for XXL.

Tournament Organization
All events will be fenced electrically. Masks, body chords AND LAMES! will be subject to equipment control. Cuffs are required. Original seeding will be based on National Rating (e.g., A03, B01, C04, etc). One round of pools will be fenced; 100% promoted to DE's of 15 touches (2 out of 3 five touch bouts for Y10 and Y12). Initial seeding, seeding after pools and final placements will be posted in the venue. Fencers are responsible for verifying the posted lists, and signing their pool and DE sheets. Organizers reserve the right to limit fencing in cross-over events in order to efficiently run the tournament.
USFA Membership
Fencers must be a USFA or FIE Member. Proof of membership is required - USFA membership forms will be available at the tournament. If you do not have proof of membership, you will be required to complete and pay for a membership. Fencers are reminded they need the signature of a parent or guardian (not a coach) on the membership form. Payment for memberships is made directly to the USFA (bring separate checks for the tournament and membership).
Birth year limitations (2005-2006 season)
Open Mixed and Womens event: 1992 or before or on Junior National Rolling Points List in either Men's or Women's Sabre
Youth 14 event 1991-1994 or on Youth 12 NRP List
Youth 12 event 1993-1996 or on Youth 10 NRP List
Youth 10 event 1995-1998
