Events Scheduled:
E and under Senior Women's Epee; Check-in closes at 6:00 PM; Entry Fee is $30.99
E and under Senior Men's Epee; Check-in closes at 6:00 PM; Entry Fee is $30.99
'Senior' means all competitors are at least 13-years-old on January 1, 2010.

Format of both events:
Pools of 5, 6 or 7 fencers. 100% of competitors promoted to a direct elimination table of 15-touch bouts, which is fenced down to the winner. There is a no fence-off for third place. Engraved medals out to 3rd place.
Men, 22 competitors. 4 pools, 2 pools of 6 competitors each, 2 pools of 5 each. 100% promoted to the direct elimination table, which is fenced down to the winner with no fence-off for third place. There will be 10 byes in the round of 32. The winner will earn or renew his E-rating.
Women, 12 competitors, 2 pools of 6 fencers each. 100% promoted to the DE table, which is fenced down to a winner without a fence-off for third. There will be 4 byes in the round of 16. The winner will earn her E-rating.

Additional Information:
USFA membership is required. Competitors can join USFA at check-in.
There will be no walk-in registrations. Competitors must register and pay $30.99 online thru FRED's secure server from GeoTrust. Those who register without paying will have their registrations deleted without further explanation. All paid registrations are manually approved and do not show immediately in the registration list. We check secondary club or school affiliation, USFA member status and USFA member #. If you will be joining at the door, just put in a single digit in the USFA membership # field.
Refunds To obtain a refund, do 2 things:
1) Send an e-mail to Club President Tom Tishman at and Club Treasurer Patric Wallace at patric@thewallacegroupinc.com with the reason why you deserve a refund and your address.
2) Delete your registration from the registration list thru the MyFRED dropdown menu. Refund requests will only be considered from those who cancel BEFORE the tournament in enough time for us to adjust our referee logistics.
Check-in closes promptly at 6:00pm. Fencing does not have access to the school until 5:15. Please do not enter the school before then.
Full uniform including knickers, long socks and plastron required.
Check your weapons; Weights and shims will be used.
