New England Division USFA (NEUSFA) will hold the 22nd Annual Pomme de Terre fencing tournament at Brandeis University on June 19 & June 20. New this year! E-Under in place of the Unclassified events - Winner still gets an D Rating (assuming enough Es finish to support that). To receive a free t-shirt and avoid late registration fees, you must register by Sunday June 6th. Registering early helps us to ensure that we have enough qualified referees for this tournament. Please help us and avoid late fees by registering by June 6th! Between Monday June 7th and Wednesday June 16th, the registration fee increases from $25 to $45. Pre-registration closes on June 16th. After June 16th, you must register at the tournament and pay a $100 registration fee. Team Events - Individual medals to top 3 teams. $60 per team event. Easily split 3 or 4 ways! FRED will add a surcharge of $0.99. Subject to change without notice. Team registration closes on Sunday June 6th. NO TEAM REGISTRATION AFTER JUNE 6TH. Your team roster does not need to be finalized by June 6th, but we request that you provide this information by June 16th. Fencers who are only participating in a team event do not need to pay the individual registration fee; however there will be no free t-shirt for this category of participation. If you are only fencing on Sunday you are encouraged to have your weapons checked on Saturday; please come after 1PM for this. ELIGIBILITY Birth year 1996 or earlier. In any tournament where children can fence with adults, the fencer must be 13 by January 1 of the competition season (August - July). All fencers must be a member of the USFA or of the fencing federation of their country (e.g., the CFF) Please bring proof of membership. If you intend to join the USFA specifically to participate in this event, it is best to bring your paperwork and join when you check-in. Canadian fencers: We are aware that the CFF no longer provides you with a 'passport' or other proof of membership. We will use the CFF website to validate your membership when you register.
