CLFC's post-Ike D and under tournament
This tournament is the Clear Lake Fencing Club's first tournament since the landfall of Hurricane Ike. As this tournament is being announced, CLFC is homeless but still alive!
The tournament will be held at the Houston Athletic Fencing Center.

Cost for an individual is $20 registration, $10 per event, $10 late fee for those not preregistered.
Cost for a team is $30 per event, no per-person or per-team registration fee, no late fee, no pre-payment required. If less than two teams preregister for an event, that event will be cancelled. (We want to be sure there will be fencing before driving from Clear Lake.)

Note: The Saturday single-sex events may become mixed if fewer than six women preregister by the close of pre-registration the night of Thursday, October 16th. This option will be for the women to decide at the tournament.
The Sunday team events will be direct elimination only.

Preregistration closes on 10/16/2008.
All weapons will be fenced electrically. Mask, lamé, and body cord checks will be performed. USFA rules apply. Proof or pre-validation of USFA membership required; membership forms available at the venue.
