10th Annual Fête de Lune Veterans Tournament, 2008
Seabrook United Methodist Church gym, 1513 Third Street, Seabrook, Texas (see http://www.clfc.org/venues/ewmyc_maps.htm for location information).
Awards Banquet to follow tournament.
This is the SVCC 1 tournament for the 2008-9 season. Medals for the 2007-8 season will be awarded at the Fete de Lune banquet.
Referees include Michael Ross, Justin Meehan, and Oscar Barrera.

Note: The events may become Mixed if less than six women preregister. This option will be for the women to decide at the tournament.
Cost is $25 registration/first weapon, $10 each additional weapon, $10 late fee if you don't preregister.
The venue is the gym located at the back of the Seabrook United Methodist Church. Apologies for not being able to get something impressive for the 10th Annual Fete de Lune, but the cheapest ballroom in the Clear Lake area is $3,000, which we cannot afford. We will make this as pleasantly memorable as possible for the occasion. There will be a Grand Prize awarded to the fencer who does best in all three events.
All weapons will be fenced electrically. Mask, lamé, and body cord checks will be performed. USFA rules apply. Proof or pre-validation of USFA membership required; membership forms available at the venue.
All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability form. Waiver is emailed with pre-registration confirmation. A copy is available at http://www.gulfcoastfencing.org/GCwaiverconsent.pdf
The Banquet will be held at 7:00 p.m. at Zio's Italian Kitchen, 820 W. Bay Area Blvd., Webster, TX, 77598, 281-338-7800. We will be seated as two large groups. They will accept separate checks and do not require anything in advance, so order what you want and pay for it yourself. No obligations. No separate Banquet fees this year.
