Epee 12:30 PM Y10-14 Epee 1:00 PM Venue: Amarillo Activity Youth Center 816 S Van buren Amarillo, TX 79101 806-373-2292 COST: $30 per event NO REGISTRATION FEES A level fencers will receive FREE entry to any events that they fence in that they hold an A classification as long as they are pre-regsistered by June 1. Late FEES: Anyone NOT pre-registered by June 5th will be required to pay a one time $25 late registration fee. Please pre-register early so that we will know how many referees and strips we need. HOST HOTEL The Fifth Seasons Inn 5801 I40 west 806-355-7881 Fecers that stay at the 5th dseason's inn will receive a free tournament t-shirt please e-mail us at tshirt@amarilloyouth.net so that we cna reserve your size if you want a FREEE tshirt. YOU MUST TELL THE HOTEL YOU ARE STAYING THERE FOR THE FENCING TOURNAMENT USFA membership is Required: USFA rules apply. Current competitive membership of the USFA required (membership will be available at the venue). You must be prepared to show proof of USFA membership or at the door, fill out a membership form and pay $50 - credit card or separate check - NO CASH. Persons under the age of 18 MUST have a parent's signature on this form. AGE CATEGORIES: Entry in all events is open to all current USFA competitive members or foreign fencers holding a current FIE card, provided they have a birth year of 1994 or earlier for the 2007-2008 season or are on the Junior points list in the weapon they wish to compete. EQUIPMENT POLICIES: Events will all be fenced electrically. Equipment checks will consist of masks, body cords and lamés. Sabre cuffs and underarm protectors are REQUIRED!
