A New Jersey Cup Event
New Jersey Division members can earn points towards the New Jersey Cup, which is awarded at the end of the season. Please see http://www.njfencing.org for details on the New Jersey Cup. Entry Fees: The late registration fee is now in effect and is $70. Online entry at the $70 rate will be available through May 14. After this date, fencers can register at the door at the $70 rate. There are no exceptions to this policy. Fencers are considered registered when their names appear on the "Who's Preregistered?" list on the askFred listing for this tournament. You are not registered if your name appears as "incomplete" in this listing. Location and Parking: The Livingston Recreation Center (note the change in location). Because the tournament includes fencers under the age of 18, all fencers who are under 18 and their parents must also sign the waiver form attached to the confirmation email and bring the waiver to the tournament or sign a waiver at the door. The waiver can also be downloaded from the link given above. Equipment Check and Attire: Masks, body cords, lames, and sabre cuffs will be checked. All fencers are expected to wear full fencing attire and bring at least two weapons and body cords that meet USFA requirements. There are no exceptions to the attire and equipment rules. Refunds: Refund requests must be received by May 10. Please use the email link provided above. Refund checks are mailed after the tournament.
