THE CLUB OWNER / MANAGER ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO MAY REGISTER A TEAM. ALL MEMBERS OF THE TEAM MUST BE MEMBERS OF THAT CLUB. IF A FENCER COMPETED IN A USFA EVENT DURING THIS YEAR FOR ONE CLUB, THEY CANNOT SWITCH CLUBS TO BE ON A TEAM.
