Junior birth years: 1988-1994 (Unless on the Cadet points list) Cadet birth years: 1991-1994 (Unless on the Y14 points list) USFA Membership - USFA rules will be enforced. All fencers must be current members of the USFA . Proof of USFA membership is either an unexpired membership card, an email from the USFA or name listed on the USFA website. Membership forms will be available at the tournament. Classifications used will be those listed online by Thursday, Dec. 6. Format of Event - One round of pools, 100% promoted to DEs.
