We will run 9 strips (7 of them grounded strips for foil and Epee) with 13 referees. Y14, Y12 and Y10 events in all weapons. Registration and prepayment are required for RYC events. San Diego, CA 92121 COST AND DEADLINES: Normal Registration deadline: Friday, January 19, 2018 (Registration: $30 + $25 per event) Late Registration (double fees): January 20-27, 2018 (Registration: $60 + $50 per event) Late registration (triple fees): January 28-31, 2018 (Registration: $90 + $75 per event) NOTE: At-the-door registrations will be subject to triple fees. Registration is not complete until payment is made through AskFred. If your registration is being rejected for age, but you are currently listed on the National Rolling Points for the next lower age, please contact tedd@teamtouche.com. Refunds: For refund of event fees withdrawals must be received by January 27, 2018. Registration fees are nonrefundable. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: In order to compete, fencers must check-in at the venue with the following in hand: 1. A USA Fencing membership card (valid for the current competitive season); AND 2. A birth-certificate (copy acceptable) or other government-issued identification showing the fencer's birth date. (USA Fencing membership card with date of birth verification will suffice.) Esgrimistas Internacionales o Mexicanos: Esgrimistas con licencia FIE o licencia de su federacion de su pais or USFA membresia. Licencias tienen que estar presente el dia del campeonato para poder competir. EQUIPMENT: There will be a weapons check as it is required for RYC events. This will give our young fencers the practice needed for National events where they must always have their equipment checked before the start of their event. We will be checking masks, lames, sabre cuffs, body cords and mask leads. USFA rules apply. Full USFA regulation uniform is required, including plastron. SAN DIEGO CUP POINTS: All events in the Torrey RYC are also designated San Diego Division Cup events. Points accumulated will go towards the SD Div Cup for each age group.
