Only USFA-registered, Philadelphia Division-registered fencers of appropriate age are eligible to compete in this event. (POSTED USFA ratings and points standings as of the day prior to competition are the only ratings/points that will be considered at time of check-in.) The fencer must present proof of CURRENT USFA membership at the time of check-in. It is the fencer's responsibility to show such proof. No one will be permitted to fence without a valid, proven, and CURRENT USFA membership. Registration opened 07/19/2014. Regular fee registration closed 11/4/2014. Entry at double fees will be accepted 11/05/2014 to midnight 11/19/2014. No registrations will be accepted after 11/19/2014. NOTE that only registrations paid in full are considered complete. Putting your name on FRED, with no payment makes you a PENDING registrant, and you are required to pay double fees if you don't meet the deadlines, no matter when you first put your name on the list.
