Notice we have removed the U19 Foil event and added "D&U Foil & Epee." All "A & B" rated fencers fence for FREE! All others, if you pre-register the First event is $30. Second is $10. All USFA rules will be in effect!

The UCF Fencing Knights and the Iron Works clubs have teamed up this year to offer you a chance to fence in a larger venue that is located on the UCF campus in Orlando FL! All "A & B" rated fencers are invited to come and fence for FREE in the two open events! For all of the rest of us, the first event is $30 and others are $10. Preregistration opens on 02/02/2014. Preregistration closes on 04/09/2014. All USFA rules will be in effect including clothing! This means you with the short socks, baseball pants and non-electric foil masks! Events Scheduled: D & Under Mixed Foil D & Under Mixed Epee Senior Mixed Epee Senior Mixed Foil The UCF Fencing Knights are planning to make this event one of the premium events of the year! This includes: - Letting "A & B" rated fencers fence for free! This should provide you with the level of competition needed to earn or maintain your USFA rating! - Premium awards will be provided! Swords for first place! - Several experienced, rated, referees have already committed to the event! We are continuing to recruit more experienced referees. Or goal is to have professional referees, with full time assistants on every strip! - Metallic strips will be provided for all events! - There are many dining opportunities available within a short walk from the facility. The parking for the event is free as long as you park in parking garage B or in a lot designated for "D" decals! If we haven't contacted you and would like to referee for this event please contact us. We will provide all full time referees re-imbursement based per the USFA referee guidelines and provide lunch and drinks to all referees and volunteers. If you are planning to fence and referee please contact us to discuss discounted event fees or payment depending on the amount of time committed.
