Volunteer Open

Welcome to the first annual Volunteer Open at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. This year's event will be housed at our main recreational facility (TRECS) unless otherwise announced. Parking, lodging, and other information will be updated shortly. The first seven (7) clubs that commit to bringing strips will receive a $5/fencer discount. For additional information, contact me at wcurtis5@utk.edu. Registration will begin at 8:30AM both Saturday and Sunday. $25 for first event, $10 for each additional event. A's fence for free in that event, B's for $10. Events Scheduled: D & Under Mixed Epee Mixed Epee D & Under Mixed Foil Mixed Foil D & Under Mixed Saber Mixed Saber NOTE: The University of Tennessee Knoxville requires all participants to fill out a waiver releasing the university from responsibility. We will have waivers on hand at registration but if you are under 18, you will need to bring the form with a guardian's signature on it. We will be sending out an email closer to the date with the waiver attached. Parking is going to be tight, but you can park in the garages on Andy Holt Ave and Lake Avenue as well as parking on the street along Caledonia Ave. and Terrace Ave. Parking should also be available on the Agriculture Campus. Accommodations will be available with UT Fencers on a first come, first serve basis. Preregistration opens on 11/22/2013. Preregistration closes on 04/11/2014.
