Cost: Pre-payment is required for pre-registration. Through January 13th registration $30 + $15 per event. From January 14th - February 1st registration $40 + $20 per event. February 2nd and on-site registration $60 + $25 per event. Full refunds* made before January 14th, 50% refunds* made from 1/14/07 - 1/29/07. No refunds given after 1/29/07. *$10 is nonrefundable for all entries. Pre-registered "A" fencers enter FREE when they enter before January 14th! Nalgene water bottles (NEW!), $8.00, with all proceeds going to the Rose Scholarship. If you wish to pre-order long sleeved, larger, or smaller sizes, please note this on registration or e-mail, long-sleeved cotton shirts $20. Silent Auction: There will be a silent auction table on Saturday only. All items not purchased in the Saturday silent auction will be sold on Sunday. Many unusual fencing items from collections of Sharron Settlemire and others will be available as well as other terrific non-fencing items. Silent Auction closes before fencing ends on each day. ALL proceeds go to the Rose Condon Scholarship Fund. *Many of the silent auction items will be posted on the tournament website. To help our tournament run more smoothly, pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Closing times will be posted after 01/14/07. USFA rules apply. Current competitive membership of the USFA required; (membership will be available at the venue). You must be prepared to show proof of USFA membership, or at the door, fill out a membership form and pay $50 - check or credit card only (no cash). Persons under age 18 MUST have a parent's signature on the USFA form. All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability form. People under age 18 must have a parent's signature on this form.
